DKP-System

DKP System — is a system for accounting and acquiring items by clan members, which the clan obtained from various activities and raids. Clan members receive DKP points automatically for participating in boss raids, or the Clan Leader awards points after each event to the characters who were present.

The method of awarding points is determined and configured by the clan leader. At a certain time, the Clan Leader stocks the DKP shop, where players can independently spend their points to purchase items. They can also conduct auctions for items obtained by the clan. Clan members acquire items using their DKP points accumulated from events.

 

You can open the DKP interface through the Menu (Key: X) of the game → DKP system.

 

Information for Clan Members

In the main window, you can see information about your character. From top to bottom:

• Your rank in the DKP system
• Your DKP points balance
• Rank bonus points
• Number of activities you have attended

As well as DKP settings in your clan.

 

 

Information Tab

The Information tab displays a list of clan members participating in the DKP system. There is convenient sorting and character search by nickname.

 

Rank Bonuses Tab

The Rank Bonuses tab shows for which items, professions, and level you can receive DKP points with a bonus when the leader awards points after an event.

• The Personal Bonuses sub-tab contains a list of players to whom the clan leader has added personal bonuses.
• The Class Bonuses sub-tab contains a list of professions that receive DKP points with a bonus, if you participate in events with these professions.
• The Level Bonuses sub-tab shows which character levels receive more points.

 

Activities Tab

The Activities tab displays bosses and the number of points you will receive for being present at that raid. Also in the raid list, you can find information about the boss and its location.

Also in the Activities tab, by clicking on special buttons, you can see information about the raid boss:

• will show the boss's location on the map;
• will show the list of drops from the boss with chances.

 

 

Ways to obtain DKP points

• By being present at a raid and attacking the boss, upon successful completion of the raid, you receive points automatically;
• The Clan Leader can award points individually to each character;
• The Clan Leader can award points en masse to characters who are nearby (e.g., after completing a raid);
• The Clan Leader can award points en masse to all characters in the command channel.

 

Acquiring Items

DKP Shop

By opening the shop by clicking the DKP Shop and Auction button, the DKP Shop tab displays items in a list. These items are listed by the clan leader for purchase by clan members for DKP points.

The DKP shop has item sorting and search by item name.

 

DKP Auction

The auction is used to fairly distribute the most valuable items obtained by the clan among players who have a suitable amount of DKP points.

The timing of auctions is chosen by the clan leader.

A specific item is put up for auction. After the auction for a specific item begins, each clan member has time to place their bid in DKP points.

When the time expires, the item goes to the clan member who placed the highest bid.

The auction interface contains:

• A list of bids and the number of points bid by a specific clan member.
• Buttons to increase the bid;
• A field to enter the specific number of points you want to bid.

Information: When a new highest bid is placed, the auction timer increases by 30 seconds.

Won lots are sent to characters via in-game mail.

Analytics Tab

Participants Sub-tab

The participants tab contains a list of clan characters. You can see the number of points of any clan member. By double-clicking on them, you can see:

• For which activities they will receive DKP points;
• Which items the character has purchased;
• In which auctions the character has won;
• And in the "Points History" sub-tab, see who transferred points to the character or to whom they transferred them.

 

In the sub-tabs: DKP Shop and DKP Auction you can see a list of previously purchased items in the shop or auction by all clan members.

 

Information for Clan Leaders

Settings

DKP system settings for the clan are opened by clicking the Management > Settings button. The settings have sub-tabs:

• General Information - here the clan leader configures general settings for their clan.
• Activities - in this tab, you configure how many points players will receive for a particular raid boss.
• Personal Bonuses - this tab is for configuring the number of bonus points for characters possessing certain equipment items.
• Class Bonuses - here the clan leader can set a bonus in points for specific professions.
• Level Bonuses - setting specific bonuses for certain character levels.

 

Awarding and Modifying DKP Points

The Clan Leader can award points MANUALLY to those who attended an event. To do this, click the button and choose one of the methods:

• Within a radius of 2000 - award to those near the clan leader at that moment;
• To command channel participants - award to those in the command channel with the clan leader.

 

Also, the clan leader can edit points for each clan member manually. To do this, open the DKP system window, click on to the right of the desired character in the list, and click Modify DKP Points in the dropdown list: then, in the window that appears, enter the number of points you want to ADD to the player. Or enter a negative number with a minus sign (Example: -100 to subtract 100 points) to reduce their points by that amount.

 

General Information Tab

DKP system settings for the clan:

• Point Distribution - personal or group (will each receive points for themselves, or will points for a raid be divided among all clan members present at the raid).
  • Example:
    • Personal - each character will receive 100 points for the raid (if 100 points are given for the raid).
    • Group - if 100 points are given for the raid, then these 100 points will be divided among all clan members present at the raid.

 

Rank Points:

If Dynamic Rank Points are activated, then points will be awarded according to how the clan leader has configured them in the tabs:

• Activities (each raid can be configured with its own number of points);
• Personal Bonuses;
• Class Bonuses;
• Level Bonuses.

 

Rank Points Coefficient:

Essentially, this is a multiplier for the character's Gear Score. Initially, it is one (1.00), meaning the character will receive points equal to their Gear Score. Let's take an example - a character has 1000 Gear Score; with a coefficient of 1.00, they will receive 1000 DKP points for the raid. If the coefficient is changed to 0.1, they will receive 100 DKP points for their 1000 Gear Score (1000 * 0.1 = 100).

 

DKP Points Transfer: If active, clan members can transfer their points to other clan members.

 

Activities Tab

To set the number of points players will receive for attending a particular raid, select the boss(es) in the list by checking the box to the right of the boss's name, then enter the number of points in the right input field and click the Apply button.

 

Personal Bonuses Tab

Add characters who will receive a bonus in points by clicking the Add button, then enter the character's nickname and below it the number of their bonus points. Then click the Confirm button.

After successful addition, the character and their bonus will be displayed in the list.

 

Class Bonuses Tab

 

To give a particular bonus in points to specific professions, find the desired profession in the list, then click the hammer-shaped Edit Macro button on the right and enter the desired number of bonus points. Confirm the change; after successful modification, the bonus points will be displayed to the right of the profession in the list.

 

Level Bonuses Tab

To award bonus points to those who have a certain level, click the Add button on the right. Then enter the level to which the bonuses apply and below, in the field, enter the number of bonuses for these levels.

 

Shop and Auction Setup

Adding Items to the Shop

To add items to the DKP store, open the DKP system window → DKP store and Auction (bottom) → Store Settings.

Next, add items to the clan warehouse, and then to the DKP store warehouse by clicking the DKP Store Warehouse button.

Add items from the clan warehouse to the DKP warehouse.

After the items have been added to the DKP store warehouse, they will be displayed in the list of items in the warehouse:

To list items for sale for DKP points, select them in the list and specify:

• The quantity you want to list;
• The price per 1 pc.;

And click the List button.

 

After successfully listing for sale, the item should appear in the list of items for sale:

 

But that's not all. The shop is disabled by default. This can be seen by the status switch:

To activate the shop, the clan leader must click on the switch so that it becomes active:

• After activating the shop, all clan members will receive a notification about the shop's activation;
• The clan leader can set the date and time until which the shop will be active.

 

Conducting an Auction

Before starting an auction, the clan leader must transfer items to a special DKP auction warehouse (note: the shop warehouse and auction warehouse are different).

Listing items for DKP auction is similar to listing in the DKP shop, but with slight differences.

When listing an item for auction, you need to choose:

• Select the starting bid;
• Auction duration in seconds (how much time is given for clan members to make the first bid);
• End time in seconds (how much time will be added after the last bid is placed).
