Skill "Symphony of Destruction" - skill recovery time in PvP/PVE is now 5 sec.
Skill "Dance Mastery" - bonus changed <STR 95 and above> was +400 physical attacks → became +10% physical attacks.
Skill "Music Mastery" - bonus changed <STR 95 and above> was +400 physical attacks → became +10% physical attacks.
Skill "Fatal Cleave" - skill recovery time has been removed. Now the skill has a 10% chance to deal an additional blow.
Skill "Help Shilen" - Gear Score increase fixed.
Skill "The Power of the Templars" - Gear Score increase fixed.
Skill "Excerpt" - Gear Score increase fixed.
Skill "Sign of the Soul" - Gear Score increase fixed.
